Yes, completely free. No account required, no hidden fees.

How accurate is the data?

We cross-reference multiple federal and state databases (EIA, EPA, FCC, Census Bureau) and maintain curated municipal records. That said, utility service boundaries do change — especially after municipal annexations or utility mergers. If you spot an error, let us know.

Do you cover all 50 states?

Yes. Electric, gas, water, and internet coverage is national. Sewer and trash coverage is national but has higher accuracy in states where we've ingested detailed GIS polygon data.

Can I use UtilityFinder for my real estate business?
